Order Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation :-

  • Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped.
  • The 12-Hour Rule: While you can cancel until shipment, we recommend doing so within 12 hours of placement. Once this window Expired,
  • Processing Fee: For all prepaid orders, a cancellation fee of ₹99 will be deducted to cover administrative costs. The remaining balance will be credited to your original payment method.

2. Returns & Replacements:-

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive damaged or incorrect books, we provide a hassle-free replacement. Unboxing Video Required
  • Standard Returns: If you wish to return books for other reasons, please send them via India Post to our registered address. Please note that shipping charges for both the initial delivery and the return transit will be applicable and borne by the customer.

3. Claims & Complaints:-

To maintain transparency and resolve issues quickly, please adhere to the following:

  • Unboxing Video Requirement: An uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory for processing any claims related to missing, wrong, or damaged items.
  • Reporting Timeline: Any issues regarding your order (quantity discrepancies, missing books, etc.) must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
