SSC MTS 2025: Exam Dates, Eligibility, Syllabus & Selection Process

This is a national-level exam conducted by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) to recruit candidates for Central level Services, Group-C (non-gazetted, non-ministerial) posts in various government ministries, departments, and offices. 

According to the SSC Calendar, the SSC MTS Notification 2025 will be released on 26th June 2025, announcing MTS and Havaldar vacancies on the official website www.ssc.gov.in.

STUDY TIPS AND STRATEGIES

1. Understand the Exam Pattern & Syllabus Thoroughly

  • Understanding the syllabus carefully is the first step in the preparation for this exam. It helps you to know Paper 1 and Paper 2 thoroughly and helps you prepare accordingly. 

  • Download the official syllabus and analyze it carefully.

  • Prioritize topics with high weightage from past years.

 2. Create a Realistic Study Plan

  • Allocate time daily for both Paper I and II. Set a specific time period that you will devote to Paper 1 and to Paper 2. 

  • Divide the syllabus into weekly goals and track your progress.

  • Reserve last 30 days for revision and full-length mock tests.
