About APSC Exam
Just like a variety of other State PSC exams, APSC exam is a state-wise variation of UPSC exam for the state of Assam. It is conducted by Assam Public Service Commission. To fill out the registration form, the candidates have to visit the official state government website www.apsc.gov.in . The candidates who are shortlisted are recruited for Group A and Group B state government services. The Prelims exam consists of two General Studies papers of 200 marks each and of 2 hours duration each. The papers test the knowledge of English and Assami languages.
